Your ticket to ride
These terms apply whenever you download, open or play Tiltaloo. By doing so you agree to them. If you would rather not agree, please do not use the app.
What you may do
You are given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install Tiltaloo and play it for your own non-commercial entertainment. The licence covers playing the game; it does not let you sell, rent or pass the app on to anyone else.
Taffy and prizes
Taffy is earned only by playing and can be spent only in the game's Prize Booth, on looks such as night skies, car paint, bulb strings and hub badges. It has no real-world value. It cannot be bought, and it cannot be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for anything outside Tiltaloo. Helpers, marks and pins work the same way. Everything you earn is kept on your device and is gone for good if the app is deleted.
Playing fair
Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the app or its saved progress, do not use cheats or tools that interfere with how it works, and do not copy or redistribute it. Use it only in ways that are lawful where you live.
Who owns what
Tiltaloo, including Pelham and the other characters, its artwork, music, sounds, text and code, belongs to its developer and is protected by intellectual property law. Playing the game does not hand any of those rights to you.
As it is
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or being unable to use Tiltaloo, including lost progress.
For the whole family
Tiltaloo is a gentle, family-friendly casual game suitable for a general audience, children included.
New versions of these terms
These terms may be revised from time to time, and the date at the top will show when. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the revised terms. Tiltaloo is developed by Washington Carver; questions can go to inbox@lightningrhythm.click.
